Process Operator-Back End Process
Job Purpose:
Responsible for process of chip and bar, and operation of semiconductor process equipment. Work in the area of chip dicing, bar cleaving, stacking, facet coating and inspection.
Duties:
- Chip dicing, bar cleaving, stacking, facet coating and inspection
- Rotating change room duties
- Ordering supplies or consumables
Skills/Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Minimum of 1 year direct relevant experience in the Semiconductor industry. Some knowledge of the operations and equipment associated with semiconductor production. General computer skills. Great teamwork attitude and high quality work. Knowledge of SPC/ISO standards preferred. Clean room environment class 1000. Must wear Clean Room attire thoughout the duration of the workday. Will work with various chemicals and wear chemical protection gear.
